Connect EdgeKeeper with external services for market data and notifications.
Market Data Providers
EdgeKeeper requires high-quality market data for both backtesting and live execution. We currently support Twelve Data as our primary provider.
Twelve Data Setup
- Create an account at twelvedata.com.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the EdgeKeeper dashboard.
- Click on the Twelve Data card.
- Paste your API Key and click Save.
Note: The free tier supports 8 requests/minute. For heavy backtesting or multi-symbol strategies, we recommend a paid plan to avoid rate limits.
Notifications
Receive real-time alerts for trade execution, system errors, and strategy signals directly to your preferred messaging app.
Telegram Bot
Get trade alerts sent to a private chat or channel.
- Message @BotFather on Telegram to create a new bot.
- Copy the HTTP API Token provided.
- Get your Chat ID (use @userinfobot if unsure).
- Enter these credentials in EdgeKeeper's Integrations settings.
Discord Webhook
Post signals to a specific Discord channel.
- Go to your Discord Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
- Create a new Webhook and copy the Webhook URL.
- Paste the URL into EdgeKeeper's Integrations settings.
